Amendment Resolutions Passed in Wellfleet and Truro, Massachusetts Posted on April 27, 2011 (July 15, 2020) Democracy Amendments At town meetings held April 26, 2011, in Truro, MA and Wellfleet, MA, resolutions were passed calling for a constitutional amendment in response to the Supreme Court decision in Citizens United v.
