WASHINGTON, D.C. (January 14, 2025) – With 5 days left for President Biden to act, the Biden Publish the ERA Alliance delivered over 200,000 petitions to the White House urging President Biden to instruct the Archivist to publish the Equal Rights Amendment before the end of his administration.

The Equal Rights Amendment was approved by two-thirds of Congress and ratified by three-fourths of the states, yet remains unpublished. It’s the only amendment that has met the qualifications of Article V of the Constitution that has not been added to the Constitution.

The Biden Publish the ERA Alliance consists of over 60 non-profit, non-partisan advocacy organizations representing millions of members. This is what some members of the coalition are saying:
