WITH YOUR SUPPORT, Free Speech For People (FSFP) will continue to defend our democracy and our Constitution as we work together to ensure all people have an equal voice and equal vote in our democratic processes.

Your donation powers our work to protect the right to vote and to fight for free and fair elections for all; to confront corporate abuse of power; to challenge corruption at the highest levels of government; and to get big money out of politics.

Your partnership helps Free Speech For People to serve as a leading force in the country to reclaim our democracy for we, the people, and to advance political equality for all.

Thank you for being a champion for our democracy!

Donor-Advised Funds

A donor-advised fund is a philanthropic giving vehicle that provides an immediate tax benefit to you and allows you to grant funds to charities of your choice.

Manage Your Charitable Giving Simply and Efficiently

If you support multiple organizations or want to secure a charitable deduction now but designate beneficiaries later, a donor-advised fund (DAF) may work for you. DAFs can be established through various entities, including community foundations and financial services companies.

For donors making donor-advised gifts through Fidelity Charitable, Schwab Charitable, or BNY Mellon Charity Gift Fund, using DAF Direct is an easy and convenient way to direct your support to Free Speech For People through your donor-advised fund.

Please use the following mailing address to send your gift:

Free Speech For People
PO Box 4914
Austin, TX 78765

Free Speech For People’s Employer Identification Number (EIN) is 45-0709993.

For questions regarding your donation through a DAF, please contact Lisa Chang, Director of Development.

Pro-Bono Legal Services and Other Skilled Volunteers

Pro-Bono Legal Services

Free Speech For People (FSFP) partners with law firms from around the country on a variety of issues that further our advocacy and litigation efforts. In 2022, FSFP received over 2,300 hours of pro-bono support from our pro-bono legal partners, empowering us to tackle such issues as fighting back against voter suppression laws and challenging voter intimidation. We value the advice and assistance of our pro-bono partners, who enable us to leverage our internal resources and greatly increase the number of projects we undertake. If your law firm is interested in partnering with us in any of the following program areas: Election Protection, Money in Politics, Challenging Corporate Abuse of Power, or Challenging Corruption, which can range from short-term projects to complex multi-year litigation and public policy initiatives, please contact our Legal Director, Courtney Hostetler, via this contact form.
