Free Speech For People’s Legal Director Ron Fein recently appeared on The Dean Obeidallah Show to discuss our 14point3 campaign and the prospect of filing a legal challenge against former president Trump if he were to declare a run for office in 2024.

“If Donald Trump chooses to run for president in 2024, we will file multiple challenges…to his candidacy. In some ways, the issues that complicated our cases earlier this year won’t be there because the facts against him are so strong,” said Fein.

Earlier this year, Free Speech For People partnered with Our Revolution to urge Secretaries of State and chief election officials across the country to follow the mandate of Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment and bar insurrectionists including Donald Trump from any future ballot. To date FSFP has filed legal challenges, on behalf of voters in multiple states, against insurrectionist lawmakers, including Rep. Madison Cawthorn, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, and others.
