Last week, our President and Co-Founder, John Bonifaz joined by video, a special conversation on corporate claims of constitutional rights at the West Valley Branch of the San Jose Public Library. He was joined on the panel by Adam Winkler, law professor at UCLA; Thomas Joo, law professor at UCDavis; and David Cobb, political activist and member of Move to Amend.  The conversation was moderated by Professor David Yosifon, of the SCU Law School.
