On Tuesday, June 7, Free Speech For People and the American Sustainable Business Council joined Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield (Ben & Jerry’s) for a webinar offering a business perspective on Citizens United and challenging the notion that corporations are people with constitutional rights.

John Bonifaz and Jeff Clements of Free Speech For People, presented the historical and legal background and rationale for challenging the fabricated doctrine of corporate rights under the Constitution. ASBC Executive Director David Levine provided an update on the Business for Democracy Campaign.
