The Alliance consists of over forty non-profit, non-partisan advocacy organizations representing millions of members calling on President Biden to enshrine equal justice under the law in the US Constitution by instructing the National Archivist to certify and publish the Equal Rights Amendment as the 28th Amendment.

As attacks on the rights of women, girls, and LGBTQIA+ individuals surge nationwide, a second Trump term comes with grave new threats spelled out in Project 2025. With so many freedoms on the line, President Biden has the authority, responsibility, and opportunity to certify the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) before his term ends.

The ERA has already met all constitutional requirements and only needs to be published. For this to happen, we need a mass grassroots movement campaign urging him to take action.
