Our Defense of Montana’s Corrupt Practices Act

For nearly 100 years, Montana law prohibited corporate money in politics‚ until the Supreme Court’s 2010 Citizens United decision. In Montana, corporations claim that the Court’s ruling overturned this law.  Free Speech For People joined the citizens of Montana to take back democracy from corporations and fight to let Montana’s Corrupt Practices Act stand.
