This week, the Washington Secretary of State certified I-735, and the initiative will now go before voters. Initiative 735 (I-735) calls for new disclosures of political spending and a constitutional amendment that will reign in the corrupting influence of Citizens United and similar Supreme Court rulings.

This is a major win for all of the grassroots organizers and supporters in the state. We are one step closer to making Washington the 17^th state calling for a Constitutional amendment to overturn Citizens United.
