Statement on the U.S. Supreme Court’s rulings in the Hobby Lobby and Conestoga Cases

Today, the Supreme Court issued a sharply-divided decision in Burwell v. Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc., and Conestoga Wood Specialties Corp. v. Burwell.
