This Tuesday, June 3, at 10:30 AM, the Senate Judiciary Committee is holding a hearing on  on SJ Res 19, introduced by Senator Tom Udall, calling for a constitutional amendment to overturn Citizens United, McCutcheon and Buckley V. Valeo to restore the ability of Congress and the states to regulate political spending. SJ Res 19 currently has 40 cosponsors.
